Simple, secure payment

We accept M-Pesa and other common payment methods. Payment is typically made on completion of the job — once you're satisfied with the work.

M-Pesa

Pay via M-Pesa (Paybill)

Follow these steps in your M-Pesa menu. Confirm the Paybill number and account details with us at the time of payment.

Go to Safaricom → M-Pesa on your phone, or use the M-Pesa app.

Choose Pay Bill from the M-Pesa menu.

Enter the Paybill number provided by our technician. (Confirm at the time of service — placeholder shown for demo.)

Use your name and phone number as the account reference, e.g. Jane 0712345678.

Enter the agreed amount from your confirmed quote.

Enter your M-Pesa PIN and confirm. Share the confirmation SMS with our technician.

Paybill number and account details are confirmed with you at the time of service. Never pay into an unverified number — when in doubt, call us first.

For most jobs, you pay once the work is done and you're happy with it — not before.

Ask for a receipt or confirmation for every payment. It supports your warranty too.
