Cockroaches survive by hiding in the smallest gaps — behind fridges, inside hinges, beneath sinks and along pipe runs. The more of those surfaces our technicians can reach, the better your result.

Before your appointment, clear countertops and remove small appliances so we can treat behind them. Empty the area under sinks and pull large appliances slightly away from the wall where it's safe to do so.

Cover or remove open food, and store pet food bowls. Fish tanks should be covered with the air pump switched off during treatment. If anyone in the home has respiratory conditions, let us know in advance so we can adjust our approach.

Plan to be out of the treated rooms for the time our technician advises — usually a couple of hours until surfaces are dry. Keep children and pets away from treated areas until then.

After treatment, avoid wiping the treated cracks and crevices — the residual effect is what keeps new roaches from settling. You may see increased activity for a few days as bugs are flushed from hiding; this is normal and means the treatment is working.
